The first step in launching your Virtual School or as we call it your Virtual Classroom Environment (VCE) is to select from one of our plans. We offer two disctint groups of plans: Membership based or Independent. Our membership based option offers a fully "hosted and managed' environment. With this option Vivu Art will do everything for you. With our Independent option Vivu Art will create an entire Classroom Environment that will function entirely separately from Vivu Art.

The next step, once you have purchased a plan and received your customer ID# is to fill out all the requested forms. These will include the website name, your Bio, course description etc.

Vivuart will:

• Build a complete website.
• Enter all the data you provide us with into the website.
• Enter all classes you eneter into the proper format.
• Accept registration for your class(es).
• Build a payment system using paypal.
• Refund students directly for classes that do not run.
• Register Students.
• Create username and password for each student to access restricted areas of site.
• Provide a technician to manage you virtual classroom.
• Record each one of your "live" classes.
• Post you recorded classes for mising sudents.

Once we receive these we will develop your VCE (Virtual Classroom Environment) based on our template and publish it once completed.  The content we request is pretty straight forward and covers most everything we will need.

Once Vivu Art has received all requested information it will create your website within a few days. If you approve it, the site we will published. Now it's time to launch your marketing campaign and announce your classes to the World. Note that Vivu Art will publish your site on our news and contact members of our database. It is however up to you to market your Virtual Classroom. Vivu Art will manage all registration and the class itself.
