Vivuart offers the most comprehensive fee structure so our members do not get charged for items they do not need or have very little use for. For instance, if a class does not run the educators will not be charged for a technician, the placement of information or the refund to the registered students. Vivu Art manages your classroom so it benefits you. Our plans vary and you can check each one of them here, but our basic fee structure is broken down into three different fees, Setup Fee (a one time fee), an Annual Membership and a Course management Fee (approximately 30%). We charge a one time fee to setup the website, this includes:

• Building a complete website based on our own template.
• Website includes, educator Bio, All courses related information, access to our dedicated Virtual Classroom, payment options (through Paypal), Calendar, a private area for attendees of the current courses offered.
• Placement of all photos and documents

An annual fee to managed your VCE, this includes:

• Enter all the workshops, classes you would like to create
• We manage Payments and registration.
• We create all passwords for attendees to access private areas of your site for each specific workshop.
• Site Backup etc.

A Course management fee of 30%.

• Administration of Virtual Classroom.
• Technician opens, closes and manages Virtual classroom during each classes.
• Technician records classes to be available online.
• Technician will upload and link recorded Classes. Perfect for missing students or students who want to review a specific class one more time.
• Fee is 30% and based on a per student basis for each courses that runs.

• Schedule unlimited number of classes for duration of membership
• 1 year Unlimited Technical support  (via our ticket systems)
• 1 year Unlimited access to our video training library
• Full Website based on our selected group of templates Full Hosting and management of VCE for 1 year

*Travel cost and time related to onsite training at your location will be billed separately and an extra charge.
