Can I change the design of the website?

The website is a template that we use for every student. We have selected it because it is clean and simple to navigate. We may be able to change a few aspects of the design but not the overall look. We can add as many modules, slideshows and Rotating images as you would like. The best way is to contact us and we will inform you of what is or isn't possible.

I would like to pay on a monthly basis?

We unfortunately only accept Yearly Membership for new members, as the cost of the website setup is too great that if someone decides to cancel prior to the end of their Yearly contract we would work at a loss. We have made the cost of membership so low that a single program, whether class, or workshop, should cover the cost of the yearly membership. Returning Members can select to be charged on a monthly basis.

Why are you charging for a "Course Management Fee"?

The Course Management Fee is a way to clearly indicate our charges and also to offer the most beneficial option for our members. You must understand that the Course Management Fee covers the price of a technician to open, close and manage your live event, and greatly simplify all the member's duties. It is critical that Members price their course accordingly. We also do a lot of work whether the class runs or not.

How do I get Payment for the class that I run?

Vivu Art will forward payment via Bank transfer, Check or Paypal after the first class runs. If a students decides to withdraw, we will refund them fully after the first class. However after that first class, no refund will take place. Instead a credit will be issued for a future class you offer. Vivu Art will send you, the member, the total amount earned from all the fees attendees have been charged for your classes, minus Vivu Art's Course Management Fee in the amount of 30% of the total.

I travel all the time, can I still offer classes?

Our member's responsibility is to have access to the Internet. It is favorable to have a strong connection. But a member can teach from anywhere in the world. Please note that certain time zone may need previous approval so our office can manage to find a technician working within your time zone. Once again our goal is your success and excellent communication between members and our offices is necessary and critical part of the good functioning of your Virtual Classroom Environment.

What type of classes can I offer?

Members can offer classes on most subject. Asynchronous allows for Educator to review homework and Synchronous allows for direct contact. Certain subjects may require that we put in place certain elements but once again communications will help greatly. For instance if a music instructor wants to offer master classes, we would recommend to have a place for students to upload their recorded piece for the instructor to review. The live class will allow a critique and live comment etc. Our job would be to allow for a place to upload and download these specific recording.
